Does anybody has a D-Flash from a BMW M3 (or M4) with manual gear system (MEVD 17.2.G)?

Or can anybody change the existing d-flash from EGS to manual gear system?

Hi all,

Got a question regarding the filling pressure and rapid filling time for the ZF specialists out here. I've got the following values read out from my ZF8HP45 tranny, connected to a N55 engine (435i F36), and was wondering if they still are within ZF margins. Or anything odds shows up, let me know! Many thanks in advance. 

Filling pressure, Clutch A               -167.00 MBAR
Filling pressure, Clutch B               -120.00 MBAR
Filling pressure, Clutch C               39.00 MBAR
Filling pressure, Clutch D               108.00 MBAR
Filling pressure, Clutch E                146.00 MBAR
 
Rapid filling time, Clutch A           29.00 MS
Rapid filling time, Clutch B            33.00 MS
Rapid filling time, Clutch C            16.00 MS
Rapid filling time, Clutch D           5.00 MS               
Rapid filling time, Clutch E            26.00 MS

CIC Professional activating HU AUX-IN (coding)

Hello guy,

I have an E Series Car from 2010 with BMW CIC-Professional and Combox from factory.
In this configuration the AUX In is connected to the combox by default.

Now i want to add an additional permanent Audio source to the car, best would be selectable via the HU, so i my idea is to connect it to the AUX in of the CIC-HU itself.

Does someone know what needs to be coded to have the Front AUX-In of the HU (pins at the Quadlock) also active ?
I found a thread at the internet that it is possible with old CCC and Mulf, to have both AUX, but i haven`t found informations how to do this for CIC.

F20 LCI Icam retrofit

Hi guys,

Having bit of of problems with retrofitting ICAM reversing camera to M140i.
Camera has been wired to the car and I can see it in Esys ECU list, but can’t inject cafd to it. It gives the following error:

PSdZ Error
Failed to get CAFs for SWE “swfl_00001ee1-017_000_012”. [C111]
KIS error: Die technische Einheit 00001EE1 konnte in der KIS-Wissensbasis nicht gefunden werden. [1283]

I used Esys 3.27 (with launcher 2.8.2 and without) and tried couple of Psdzdata newest being from May. I then installed Esys 3.33 and latest Psdzdata but with this the detect CAF buttons is grey. With 3.33 and older Psdzdata I can press detect CAF, but get the same error. 

I’m downloading latest full psdzdata, but it takes it time, so thought to ask if someone would know if I’m doing something wrong or what. 

Any help is highly appreciated!

Oh, and the ICAM is used from F23. If that matters.

ISTA+ 4.19.30 Update Problem

Hi Guys!

I've a little problem with the latest version of ISTA+ (3.19.30). The diag part is working perfectly but after finished the diag got an error message "The Programming system could not be initialised. The ISTA installation may be damaged or incorrectly configured. Reinstall ISTA if problems presist, contact local support" So the Software update function not working says "Please carry out the vehicle test first" I've installed 2 times from 2 different sources but everytime got the same error. Previous version 4.18.xx worked perfectly. After installation used the RCleaner4.4 and ISTA-D reg fix. 

Any idea guys how can I fix it?

Tool32 problem

Hi there,
 Im starting to be crazy about tool32. Everytime I try to run a job I get runtime 5 error - Tool Set Error: Run-time error ’5’ – Invalid Procedure Call

Connection is ok, I found out a solution in FAQ like 

Reason: The Tool Set was started twice in a very short period of time.
Solution: Close all Tool Set processes that are running and start the Tool Set again with only one double-click.

But there is not any another instance of toolset in the processes! Im getting mad of it. This happens even after restart.

Do somebody have any experience with that?

Hello,

Friend bougth W212 6.3 AMG but it was delivered without engine ECU.

He has used ECU (picture) but we do not know where to start to add it to the car. 

What software (Vediamo/Monaco) we need , any clean flash (he can read memory from ECU), some access code ?

 Please advice how we should proceed ...
