Hello folk!

I have here a W204 on my bench. I wanted to make a update (like some dashboards before, which worked after flash) but after vediamo startet, it stopped after 13 seconds with this error:

21:42:38 IC_204: SGML-Version:6.1.07
                21:42:46 Fehler: Steuergerät nicht initialisierbar (Reizung fehlgeschlagen).Ursache: CAESAR:ComCoordinator: 02142:TIMEOUTP2CAN: Timeout-P2 on CAN-Bus. Timeout f
                21:42:46 rom the end of data sent from tester to the beginning of the response data from ECU.


Now the dashboards stays black and only needs 0.09 Ampere. I think, it's in Flashmode/Bootmode but how can i switch it back, if vediamo wont connect?

Pinout is:
GND: 1
KL30: 4
Can on 12/13 but there are no can messages.

Someone here, who can help?

Hi. I have a car that makes me nuts. 
It sporadicly (allmost allways) miss fire and runs hard. 
I have check compression  cold enginge 7bar och all four
New sparkplugs, new ignition coils, new camshaft and crank sensor, had the ecu on a firm for test. Checked cabels between coils and injectors for ohm, new map sensor, some times when i rew it it sporadickly starts to run as it should. But if i stop the enginge and start again it go's like shit again. 
Ohh allso tested the injectors for leakage and same amount of fuel.  Would love ideas and help!

also I see on ebay used key fobs titled as "unlocked" what its mean?

Hi All,

I have a problem with C3 pluriel sunroof initial settings.
I installed diagbox 7.02, and try setting sunroof endpoints, but i didn't found this function in lexia. 
The sunroof ECU have one permanent error, not finished initial settings (or similar, not remember exact)

How to make this? Someone have solution? Which version diagbox need for this?
Maybe online coding?

Hi everyone, I have searched a lot but have come up with nothing.

Is there any way to tell if there is a newer SGO or FRF for a certain control module? Or if a certain file is compatible with a certain control unit? 
A side from a Technical Service Bulletin describing the update path.

example, would 4L0910551F 0070 work on 4L0910551A 0050?

Hi,

Anyone got any information how to get ignition detection to work on ym 2003 and older cars? My SDConnect 4 works great with newer cars. I always get stuck on HHT to the part where it says turn on ignition.

Package is bought from obdsvs.com and their software installer couldnt get it to work (on the web page it said it supports all cars...). 

My old autocom clone works on these cars perfectly.

Hi,

I plugged my PC to ISTA and I got an error about the EGR flap. 
Error code in ISTA is 29EB00. 
I have ordered a new EGR, Cooler and a solenoid valve. 
Do I have to reset the adaptation of the EGR after I am replacing it?
The EGR was cleaned before without resetting the adaptions. 
If I do need to reset them, can someone tell me, please, how can I do this?

The car is an F31 N47 engine 320d. 

I have attached the picture with the error and exhaust gas pressure and there is a ‘big’ difference on Exhaust gas pressure before DPF. ~100 hPa difference. 

The car has 162k miles and DPF was cleaned not long ago at dpfcentre.

Hi, I want to replacement dash in car but I only have two clusters without car. 
Dash1: 4B0 920 935 DX
Dash2: 4B0 920 930 K 
I want to put Dash2 into car with Dash1 before. Is this clusters compatibile? 
I know that the simpliest way its adapted it with login and vcds but on that time I dont have car close to me. 
I do it for myself so I would like to learn something new.
Should I use dashdump edit and choose transfer matching data?
