Audi A6 C5 - Speedometer doesn't work - Need help!

Hello everyone, and happy new year  smile

I have questions about my speedometer problem. My combi instrumentpanel works, but only speedometer and the counter doesn't work. Before it totally stopped working it lived its own life. Sometimes it worked well, but sometimes it dropped down to 0. Sometimes I had to stop the car and waited 10 min or so. Then I started the car again and drived, and then speedometer worked again. But few months ago it stopped working at all.

I have used VCDS 18.9 full registered version with original Ross-Tech cable. I scanned the combi instrumentpanel for failure, but it didn't show any problems. All needles moved up when I took the test. Even speedometer moved up.

Next step I did to fix this speedometer issue. I had to remove and changed the sensor from the transmission. I also changed all the ABS sensors from each wheels. But after that nothing changed, speedometer still doesn't work.

I have also taken my car to authorized Audi-mechanics and even they didn't know what the problem was. I also have taken my car to two other mechanics workshop (not audi workshop), and they also didn't know how to fix this problem.

Many mechanics telling me, maybe my transmission need to be flushed since there is corrision in the transmission and that makes the sensor not giving signal to the instrumentpanel. But that is just pure guessing from them. They also have checked the cables that goes to instrumentpanel to see if there was any broken cables, but no. All looked good.

So my question is, what other steps do I need to do? Do you guys think my combi instrumentpanel is corrupt even the test is showing everything is fine?

I would like to know if anyone here have experienced the same problem and what they did to fix the problem.

Hie Guys!

May someone match for me these files. Car was burnt and got new parts, managed to make key and getting ignition on but car not cranking. DTC in ecu say immobilizer. 

Thanks + rep to who help me start the car even if immo off is possible or a matching set.

BMW E60 Active Steering Problem

After changing battery E60 has a problem with Active Steering but funny thing is engine don't start, only crank.

Car has those DTC:

9C7B   IHKA: Interior temperature sensor fan
6140   AL: Redundancy comparison, driver steering angle, top
CE93   AL: Message (steering-wheel angle top, 0C8)

Why engine don't start?

Hello guy , 

I found many threads discussing 8HP and 6HP EGS ISN reset , but never managed to find any information about the DCT gearbox in E92 M3 , F10 M5 , F80 M3 and F87 M2 .

does anyone knows which tool can reset the ISN of those EGS modules .

Hello guys, first of all, I wish all of the members a happy, healthy and a great 2019! 

I have a question regarding BMW AOS service history. We have a BMW 120i F20 in shop  which went to a local garage where the service has been done to the car prior the manual. I try to reset and write new service values in the system. Online, everything is oke, but in the CBS, I can not see the new service. 

The car got a service on 70xxxkm
The last service was at 40xxxkm

When we try to add the 70xxxkm service with day, month, year, it does not show up in de screen, the last service of 40xxxkm is stil lthere, we do not see the 70xxxkm service of today. The service is visible in AOS BMW. When we write new service history, it says succesfull, but it is not visible in de car screen.

Is here anybody on the forum who knows how to do it exactly and what we do wrong here? All service has been done prior to the service manual.

I have Astra G - engine Z16SE.
I bought the OPCOM "NEW" 1.99, on which the Chinese has erased the chip number???

I tried many versions of Windows (Windows 7 x64, Windows 7 x86 and virtual Windows XP x86) all the drivers and versions of OP-COM and VAUX-COM that I found, but each time happens error "ECU does not reply, please wait 2 seconds"

The driver is successfully installed and is visible in the device manager as:
(USB Serial Converter - USB \ VID_0403 & PID_6001 & REV_0600) or
(OP COM USB V2 Interface - USB \ VID_0403 & PID_4F50 & REV_0600 - after FTDI reprogramming with MProg 3.5).
The interface test passes successfully, but I can not communicate with the ECU. The device can flashing. I tried firmwarefiles 1.39 and 1.45 without success.
I hope for suggestions.
