I need help to change kilometers on this vehicle but I do not know which programmer I would use to read and write ezs. I have R270 and red rosfar. I look for a safer way to read/write the processor.

Hi all.

Can someone tell me how to connect this powerbox ?

It was connected to an AUDI A6 2.5 TDI automatic transmission from 1998.

According to the ECU pinout the
- red wire was connected to +12v ACC pin 26
- grey wire was connected to throtle sensor pin 8
- brown wire was connected to the temperasture sensor.
- Black with terminal and fuse was connected to the diesel VP44 pump.
- Other black was connected to chassis ground.

The car arrived to the shop with the original power.
The fuse is blowed.
It seems that the power box is doing nothing there.

Does anyone know the right connections ?

Hello.

I installed new black panel instrument cluster on my f20 2016 118d recently.
(not by myself installed by retrofit store)

It works perfectly but, I want to coding it for extra function.

So I connected e-sys to my car.

I found new VO 6WA, and new module KOMBI2.
when I try to Edit FDL KOMBI2’s CAFD file.

FDL editor showed me unknown lines
like 3001 ., 80

all dot and comma.

Why this happen? Can I coding it?


My E-sys ver. 3.28.1
Psdzdata Lite ver. extracted from ISTA-P version 63.1.002

p0460 Fuel level meassurement.Variation outside tolerance
P1434 Multiplex additive pump . pump fault
P1435 Multiplex additive pump CAN network fault or pump fault
engine without power
i try many solution egr off fap off and aditif pump disconect
but same.
i need good solution egr off dpf aditif off dtc off

The qustion is gow can use it again and what type of smart keys thia ?
Is chines or orginal ?

Does anybody have done a pairing NVC + NVE manually?


I have a E60 from a customer and he replaced NVC (cam) from a donor car. He doesnt have the old broken NVC anymore.
Now i have read that NVE and NVC are paired with serial number from NVC in NVE.
In module is a MC9S12 secured. Dump is attached. Problem is also that i dont have serial number from original NVC. Donor NVC serial is 029DAE236band can be read by tool32.
In dump i see seomething similar in 0x391 starting from second nibble. i already changed that and still nothing.
in tool32 you can see if NVC is accepted (FSC status : FSC4= NVE->CCC .FSC5=NVC->NVE ). in my situation is FSC4 ok and FSC5 Nok.
