Old ecu water pcb destroyed. I have new ecu with the same bosch number and vag part number. Need clone ecu. Old and new ecu read by ktag
I write full backup to new ecu but car not start, probably checksum problem

The eeprom / dflash seems to be corrupt.
Pflash is possible to read.

Air conditioning not working F30 2012
I friend of mine has 2012 F30 with N47 that the air conditioning stopped working. No related fault codes. With ISTA the air con can be activated for 5 seconds, the evaporator temperature drops and it blows cold. So compressor is good. Air conditioning was serviced no change. The coolant level is ok, pressure sensor shows reasonable values. IHKA sees the pressing of A/C button. Outside temperature sensor works.
Anyone got any ideas what the issue could be? Anyone know what the sensors/inputs etc. the air conditioning needs to operate? To me it seems like there is something the car doesn't like and won't turn on the AC because of it.

How to set Geniune "ICOM Next" last firmware with inpa, Ncsexpert, winkpf tools32 etc... ? and continue to use it normaly with ISTA D and P ?
i am using windows 10 with last ISTA D by Sedoy and last ista P and i install the last pack from sedoy bmw_standard_tools_installer_v2.12.1 where is all the softwares like ncexpert
i understand is something to do in ediabas, radartool and with spdatend i think...

ESYS S1000RR 2015
Guyz, I need a bit help to clearing some reasons why esys won't connect on 2014, 2015 (round bmw obd) s1000rr.
I can use ISTA+ without any problem, but ESYS won't connect.
From bikes with OBD2 type isn't a problem, I can connect.
I'm using ICOM next original with a good cable to BMW connector. Found 2 schemes of BMW connector, first is from 2014, 2015:

G20 flash with Esys don t start
Flashed till now only F series , with Enet and icom.
Today i wanted to flash G20 DKombi4 with ENET
After making TAL , i wanted to start, but got the fault
Serialisierung von NCD Objekt fehlgeschlagen.
NullPointerException: "pFA" must not be null
So the flash did not start
Any ideas whats the fault

A4 B6 need to add key to dash on bench without car - how to setup connection? After add key to dash, I need to adapt them to ECU. Will I need gateway etc?

BMW 7 `G11 BIG PROBLEM
Hi Guys,
we have got brought in a BMW 750d G11 where the Odo reading in dashboard was manipulated prior returning the car to the Lessor. Now the dealer asked us to rectify this problem and bring "up" the correct ODO reading, which is about 80000km more than displayed.
We thought that this shouldn`t be a big deal, just correcting the value in BDC and dash should take over automatically (VIN etc is matching).
We did a readout with Autohex and discovered, that the reading in BDC was correct (200700KM), EGS and Key is "0", no tamper dot is displayed but Kombi still holds the manipulated value.
We started searching for CAN Filters underneath dash but had no luck so far.
Is anybody here with good knowledge about the structure of this Network? Where can we look else?
We have already programmed the entire car to exclude the possibility of a software hack, same result......

Add head up without cluster replacement

I want to add head up to BMW F10 without change cluster
This car Cluster dont have the head up option and I need to replacement cluster, to cluster with head up option
But I dont want to change cluster .
Can I install headup on this car without changing the cluster ??
