Hello guys.Next week i will go and try to repair a  2006 W639 vito.Since the car is pretty far away from me ,i need to be a little bit sure of my powers ,i need some opinions from you.

So...first the car was dead,nothing happended when the key was inserted in ignition and the message "Start error" .After that the mechanics from that shop hitted the esl gently with a hammer and then the car spins when the ignition is turned but just only once.

From my point of view i m facing with a faulty ESL .

I have CGDI,VVDIPROG and some spare keys.So if there wil be a faulty key i can fix it.
But if the esl will be faulty,there is need to be programmed like w204 ? Does anybody has picture of the removal procedure????

without problems.
1) fault codes reading
2) Service Funtions work 
3) Programming/coding
4) That the program runs smoothly and does not stick.

Hello,

Firstly i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who provides the Mercedes Anti Theft codes, its great to have the option available! 

In some instanced though there is no PIN code stored on VeDOC so the headunit is "useless"

Is there anyway the PIN is stored on the head-unit EEPROM or other chip and it can be read using a chip reader?

Would be good to know as there are a lot of head-units where the PIN is not stored.

HI,

Does anyone got experience  tuning VW Pos Diesel Gate software? more precisely VW GOLF 1.6 TDI PCR 2.1 ( SW 9983),  i got an issue since i remaped my car  that is the folwing, arround 120/125km in fifth gear ( sometimes does in 4th, but is rare) in low aceration the car does something similiar to a power loss ( cut), i have tried diferent maps, and i found that with FAP and EGR off only,with no power increase, the car is fine.
Today a friend of mine did a remap in a tuning workshop in a similar sw and got the same issue, so there must be something related with this after dieseal gate software because i didnt found anyone more with similar problem because usual people do the downgrade before the remap.
I didn´t want do the downgrade because my injectores work much better with this sw, there are no posinjection noise.

Any ideas?
