MED17.5 checksum error MPPS 18

Hello all,

I was hoping to get some help understanding the following:

Car: Golf VI GTI 211Hp 
Engine: CCZB
Ecu: MED17.5 TC1766
Software: 5K0907115
Hardware: 1037510467

It is a non TPROT version (hw 0040)

I have read with MPPS 18 through OBD
I got a 2MB file 

Current software was allready tuned (stage 1 + Popcorn) ,
owner wanted it back to stock.

Got a ori from alientech database (same nrs)
Flashing went fine, till mpps said checksum block error.stock


After that car did crack but no start, and fan started after a few seconds.

Tried to flash the ori file (1st file) back, same error.

I then decided to use KTAG , reading went fine, only i now have a 1.5MB MPC , instead of the 2MB flash file that i got reading with MPPS

Tried to flash ori file back with KTAG, but ktag keeps saying "operation not allowed"

Any ideas on how to get the ecu working again, any input or help would greatly be appreciated

Hi guys I need immo off. I tried some ecuvonix solution in flash and  I disconnected immobox , car start but check engine light is ON  and no DTC errors
can anyone help with good solution please

Hi anybody can advise me I would like to update the SW in the dashboard. I would like to get the oil temperature and cruise control. Immo data will remain in the device after SW update. Hi guys hi

I'm new here and I have some questions:
After update my firmware by engineering menu (red)from MIH2_ER_AUG11_S0040 to MHI2_ER_AU57x_P3634 I have received one error ab LTE_ALS6:0 error 151.I have passed forward but how to update without error?

After activating green menu how to active audi smartphone interface?

ISTA-D Offline correct ICOM configuration problem for updates (LAN settings issues)

Hi,

I am successfully updating with my ICOM BMW cars from the BMW dealership that I am working at.

However, I have the following error message (please check attached image) when I try to do it offline. 

Can anyone tell me what is the correct ICOM configuration or settings I need to change in EDIABAS.ini or somewhere else to correctly configure this ? I have done a lot of reading and trials and errors but I am struggling to find a solution.

At the BMW dealership I am not getting this error message. 

I want to configure this without a router and just use the correct files and the direct connection between my laptop and the ICOM.
