Hi,
can someone please check this stage 1 + egr off if it is ok, kind of lumpy after 3000rpm.
car only starts if partialy flashed. Used kess v2
stock and tuning file i archive.

ACC retrofit -->> Pedestrian Protection Fault (Decoding 8TF)
hey guys, i have retrofitted 5DF to a f34, replaced ICM, DSC, and and and. After couple of hours, everything was working, but it was neccesary to flash ACSM with newer Istep and OEM VO, because it has lost CAFD file (after coding ACSM with VO 5DF).
Problem was in ACSM, it needs to be replaced for 5DF, SURPRICE!!! nice to know![smile]( "smile")

but now the best, after flash, Pedestrian protection (SA 8TF) gives an error with restraint system error. It said first, that there was no connection to the both sensors in front (most and middle sensor), after some codings and flashes it is saying about wrong sensor types (ACSM still with OEM VO)
now I have decided to decode PPS (8TF) totally from the car. In WDS it is going threw 3 ECUS: ACSM, KOMBI, FEM. Code VO wthout 8TF and......

BMW E91 320d - DME EDC16C35
Hi, i've a problem with a bmw e91 DME edc16c35.
- original DME ---> not working with the car, but i have full backup from ktag
- second DME (coming from another car) ---> good condition, also made a backup with ktag
What is the procedure to swap the DME with one from another car?
Tools i have to get the goal:
- ktag
- kess
- fvdi 2018
- launch pro 3
- autel
- bmw standard tools (inpa, etc)
This are the step already tried:
- restore on second DME the backup from original DME ---> cannot read parameter, car cannot start
- write only eeprom on second DME, coming from first DME ---> can read parameter, car cannot start
If you need some files just tell me![biggrin]( "biggrin")

Ford Transit mk6 2005 Visteon cluster AT24C16 corrupt?
Hi everyone!
Find attached dash read.
Cluster display all go off, speedometer and rev count, temp and fuel gauges all froze!
stay like this and never worked again.
but engine continues to start and drive.
I've re-soldered all common areas. connector,some capacitors and resistors looking dry.
read 24C16 with original orange5.
but have many error stating "chip doesn't respond"
eventually i get a read, once de-soldered from board.
but where marking for SOIC pin1 is, on this eeprom its pin8
which i thought was strange.
anyone, i would be very greatful to get peoples opinion on the dash read.
i have only ever read one transit dash before,
and was 93C76 so is completely different.

Bricked CCC
Hello,
I've got an E61, 2004, with the old CCC.
I tried to upgrade CCC with WinKFP and ICOM.
I did: CC6260 > CC3F60 > CC4760 > CC6360 (and then next should be CCA060).
At CC6360 it died at 30% and... that was it.
I read the host_programming_status and I get:
I ended up using host_set_end_swl and it boots properly (takes a while) -- music works (radio). But CON is not working (no input, no feedback from the controller -- steering wheel controls work fine).
I tried flashing again via REMOTE (no most), I selected CC6360, entered VIN -- I can go to Special > READ UIF and it works.
I did Prog ZB Update -- it went once (fast) to 100%, it rebooted my CCC, then it went to 0%... and then it errored out -- this was the error.log messages: https://pastie.dev/EB3wTA.coffeescript
I did it again with REMOTE:MOST_ASYNC, I was able to read UIF (to check communication), and then I tried flashing again. It did the same thing as earlier - 0-100 fast, then 0 then error. This was the error.log messages: https://pastie.dev/BhFzeY.coffeescript
I have SP-Daten 66 and 67. I tried with both, I got the same results.
I don't know what to do next. Help?

Missing Cafd for NBT Evo
Hey Guys, after a fresh Official I-Step Update to F20-20-03-524 Ista wont Code the HU,
The Car is connected to Official Ista System on BMW workshop.
I think they forget to add the cafd file,
The CID shows "no signal" and Error code says "no Coding files saved" or something like that.
Someone got an Idea? Tryed tovInject cafd via Esys bit esys finished with erros saying "cafd not excecutable"

I cant find exactly the same ECU PCB in KTAG EU 7.020/2.23 connections, so i dont know what protocol to use, and where is the bootpin...
maybe somebody know solution, ecu pcb in link attached
