I am trying to install a used EPS motor on an F10 528. No details of source car and no hardware labels on it so I cant tell if it is correct hardware. I have attempted to code it with Esys. Two things I am finding very strange,
1. I am reading SVT Actual from ECUs (Also tried VCM), then I calculate SVT target after obtaining I-step shipment from VCM master tab, I then calculate Tal (Also tried with "HWIDS from SVTactual". Ithen notice that ALL ECUS have matching HWELs but EPS does not math HWEL!! This is hardware mismatch
2. I change I-Step shipment to before cars actual I-step shipment, same scenario, I try several I-step shipments after cars (car is 10-13-520), Same issue. Any attempt to go to any I-Step shipment other than those within 2010 results in an error. The error reads
"Generating target SVT with strategy complete flash and integration level "F010-17-11-520" and "F010-11-03-500" (shipment) failed. [C324]

Is this a hardware mismatch? Is it saying there is a part number 9385181 that does not exist? Or is the problem the fact that I selected complete flash instead of single flash? I will go back at it tomorrow so any suggestions welcome.
Oh, and using cars Istep shipment calculates TAL ok but HWEL mismatch in EPS. Attempt to flash obviously results in SVK-ist does not match expected SGBMIDS for ECU EPS! And I noticed in VCM mater tab all the three I-step shipments default to cars I-step shipment, including the current I-step. Is that right? Would that be cause of my problems?
