e90 n52 tps problem

Hello together,
Im trying to solve a problem with E90 325i N52 engine. The mechanic touched plus pole with wrench and made small short circuit  devil after that car wont start. All ecu are communicating, everything seems to be ok. There are faults that tbbt adaption is missing (2CFB) and throttle valve (2D09). As first thing I flashed the ecu. Still same, then I tried to tbbt actuator test in ista/inpa and everything seems to be working. New tbbt - same problem. Ok ecu can be damaged so we get another one but... problem persist. I noticed that TPS is still 90 and its not changing in any conditions. I would like to ask if anybody have any experience with somehing similar? Im out of ideas smile spark plugs are wet so fuel is in, spark is also ok. I assume that if the ecu thinks its in fullload (TPS90) it simply wont start because the mixture is too shity as fulload maps in start process...

Thank you
