I am having an issue with some ports used by the Xentry Update Service backend servers and which are not connecting (showing to be closed or not available), pictures attached below.
In Mercedes Support Tool, the backend servers reachability shows all servers available but the Retail Data Storage is not fully accessible (some ports showed to be closed or not available).
Also in ConfigAssist, at least one server (Backend Server Availability Diagnosis
hxxps://api-em1.emea.corpinter.net/prod/retus/catalogue/v1/addons/addons?releaseVersion=201910) is not available). (I have put xx instead of tt in https).
I have checked windows firewall and added the ports with issues and made them available to all applications but still i cannot access XUS.
Please help resolve this issue.
