ecm ME7

hi i'm looking for pinout connexions to read mcu ST10F275 with xprog .it's a bosch ecm reference F01R00D724 for greatwall c30 car.
i use the pinouts given in xprog soft but unsuccessful, i have an error message "Device silent time out".
