Fiesta MK8 LED headlight retrofit

Hi Ford techs, i need some help. 

I'm trying to retrofit full led headlights on a Fiesta MK8 2018.

I hoped it was just plug and play but when the car is started the dipped beam flashes and high beam doesn't work at all. 

I've looked up the wiring diagram of the LED car and i've seen that there is a HCM module that adjust the leveling of dipped beam. 

I think the BCM needs to be programmed/coded to LED headlights. Cause all the wiring is there and is the same as halogen

I'm able to read out the coding of the BCM with an AVDVI but i don't know what to adapt!


Does any of you guys know what to do to make these headlights work?
