DSG Upgrade

Hi i´m working on a golf v dsg with VAG number: 0am300045 dsg ad7 331 0605 
software is: v06097R050AM_getriebe_DSG_ON7R.
I look for an software upgrade but can´t find the right one. The only one i found is : 
v0697R080AM___getriebe_DSG_ON7R_sw.sgo

Maybe, is this the right file ??
Someone can help and how know this?
